Shipping Policy

All our orders are shipped from New York or New Jersey via United States Postal Service Priority Mail ( with tracking information) and the flat rate charge is USD $ 5.15. We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Currently, we do not provide International shipping. We do not require a signature when we ship your package and we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us (admin@jacob-lily.com). If you need any assistance with your order, please email us. We will not be able to make changes after your order has shipped.

For expedited shipping, we provide Express Mail through United States Postal Service for overnight shipping. Order must be submitted by 12 p.m. ET to ensure next day delivery. The shipping cost for overnight shipping is USD $ 25.

Return and Exchange Policy

All return/exchanges must be received within 7 days after receipt in the original package and items must be in mint condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees ( shipping fees are non-refundable). For exchange orders, the shipping fee is complimentary (standard shipping) and we will refund your shipping fee when we process your exchange order. Gifts are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.



Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to inspect the returned condition of all returns/exchanges products. Items that are not returned in original package or appear to be worn/broken are subject to denial and store credit.

Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Jacob Lily is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
